Official says ALROSA to buy Kristall at market price till Oct

MOSCOW, Jun 25 (PRIME) -- Russian diamond producer ALROSA will acquire polishing company Kristall until October at a market price, Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev told PRIME in an interview published on Monday.

“There is an agreement with the Federal State Property Management Agency to close the deal until the end of the third quarter,” Moiseyev said.

He said that ALROSA earlier offered its price estimate of Kristall, and it was positive despite debt but “not quite high.”
